Ayurveda works in balancing the five great elements, Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether to promote wellbeing and restore the natural inner workings of our body and consciousness

We offer you an exclusive personalized ayurvedic experiene to balance your elements, and detox your body and mind from accumulated daily stress

OUR METHOD

Consultation

The first day of the retreat you will meet one of our ayurvedic doctors to dicuss the best treatments for you

Treatment

Based on your current state, our ayurvedic doctors will provide you with the best personalized treatment.

Evaluation

Your ayurvedic doctor will evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment, and will refocus the approach if needed

TREATMENT EXAMPLES

Shirodhara

 Herbalized Ayurvedic oil is poured onto your forehead. Initially, the oil is streamed in dosha-specific patterns from the right to left temple. After several minutes, the stream is set to the middle of the forehead where it flows continuously for the duration of the treatment.

Netra Basti

Pouring warm ghee in the eyes to reduce strain and stress. Also helps nourish the nervous system through the close connection between the eyes and the brain.

Regulates nervous systems
Balances Pitta Dosha elements (Fire + Water)

Shiro Basti

Warm oil poured onto the head, and then allowed to remain there for a certain period of time.  Followed by shiro abhyanga (head massage).

Manya Basti

Warm oil poured onto cervical region, and then allowed to remain there for a certain period of time.  Followed by abhyanga (massage).

Reduce neck pain
Reduce muscle tension
Balances Vata Dosha elements (Air + Space)

Elakizhi

Mixed Herbal leaves are tied in to a bolus using a suitable cloth. The herbal powder bolus is heated in medicated oil and applied over the body or affected area in soft punches

Please note the above treatments are for your reference. Based on your individual state, other treatments may be included. We may compliment your ayurvedic treatment, with other naturopathic treatments such as marma therapy, reflexology or others. Your treatment plan will be worked out during your first consultation with our Ayurvedic doctor. 

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

To guarantee the best experience, we have limited the maximum number of people who can attend the retreat to 12 individuals.

The Details

-  2 Ayurvedic treatments per day

-  Hatha Yoga: 15 hrs 

-  Meditation: 15 hrs

- 1 hovan (fire ritual)

- 3 vegetarian meals per day + morning tea

- 11 nights accommodation in single room with AC and attached bathroom

- Airport pick up from Dehradun

*Flight tickets to and from Delhi or Dehradun are not included in the price. Airport pickup from Delhi is available at additional cost

Before booking your retreat please download and read the terms and conditions. If you agree to these, you must sign the copy and send it back to us at:hello@alogawellnes.com. Please note, you will not be able to join the retreat unless we receive the signed copy.

Please note, If you cancel your booking up to 30 days prior to the retreat starting date you will get a 100% refund. However, if you cancel after this period, you can get a free re-schedule or a 50% refund. See terms and conditions below for more details.
